Markem-Imaje takes pride in maintaining a skilled, effective and responsive national team of highly trained Field Service Technicians and experience Technical Support personnel. Markem-Imaje Level I Support personnel average 120+ hours of training and testing every year to ensure our customers receive the highest levels of support and an up-to-date knowledgeable team to support all issues that may arise.
Level I - Field Support Team
Our Field Service Technicians are required to pass stringent and comprehensive training criteria on all of Markem-Imaje's products.
Our Field Service Technicians are local to our customers with adequately stocked vans containing common repair parts and all the tools required to provide you with a rapid and efficient solution to any problems that may arise on your marking equipment.
As well, a dedicated team of experienced and fully trained Technical Support Specialist personnel managed locally by the Technical Support Manager are ready to when needed to answer your questions and to assist our Field Service Team should a higher level of product support be required either on the phone or in your facility.
Level II – Corporate Support Team
An experienced and highly skilled team of Engineers and Application Specialist accessible by our Level I teams when an additional level of support or specific product expertise may be required. Each Level II member has specific product responsibilities to ensure a master skill knowledge level.
